Recorded in Seattle around 2009. A demo for the Luminous Night record. The extreme guitar distortion is from a custom guitar pedal made for me by Bill Skibbe. I’ve only ever tried to play it live once, when Comets on Fire played the 25th anniversary Sub Pop party, and the unruly and anarchic nature of the pedal told me that it was probably something to reserve for recording only. It’s a beast and an amazing piece of equipment. I mixed it fairly tame here, but believe me, it's a monster.
