Recorded in 1997 and released on my own imprint, Pavilion, in 1998 in edition of 400. Covers were hand painted and stamped with the words, “Six Organs of Admittance” on the front. Originally meant to be a mystery item thrown into the universe, I had no idea at the time that the words on the cover of the record would become the band name. The music is heavily influenced by the psych folk I was listening to at the time, both old and new.

Songs 6 & 7 are bonus tracks originally released on 8" lathe in 1999. See credits.

Last two tracks originally released on the Invitation to the S.R. For Supper 8" lathe cut released on Ben's Pavilion label in edition of 55 or something. Additional sound on those two songs by Rian Hildebrand.
